Dia 1.5m Pneumatic Ship Airbag with Repair Kit

Marine rubber airbag for ship launching/landing/slipping. Marine rubber airbag are also known as air balloon, inflatable bags, roller bags, caisson lifting bags, salvage bags. Standard air bag size range is 0.8m to 2.0m diameter, with length up to 22.0m effective length and even more.

Construction of Pneumatic Ship Airbag

1.Inner Rubber Layer

The inner rubber layer seals pressurized air inside rubber pneumatic airbags.

2.Synthetic-net-cord Layer for Reinforcement: 

The reinforcement cord layers, which are made of Synthetic-tire-cord commonly used in tires, are arranged at ideal angles to hold the 

internal pressure and to distribute the stress evenly providing strong 

efficient reinforcement.

3.Outer Rubber Layer

The outer rubber layer protects the cord layers from abrasion and other external forces. This compound has sufficient tensile and tear strength to withstand any weather condition and hard usage.  Standard color is black.

4.End Fittings

End fittings include air tightness swivel and airbags safety air inlet.
