2. Working flow

v Decoiling: feeding of the material for bottom metal strip.

v Roll forming: producing the bottom metal strip for roof or wall panel.

v EPS feeding table: placing the middle part of the sandwich panel.

v Dripping glue onto the top and bottom metal strip.

v Heading the strips for better adhesion of glue.

v Rolling edges of the strips.

v Connecting parts and roll forming together.

v Make slot (milling cutting to cut the extra parts of EPS) of panels for specific length.

v Confirming length.

v Cutting adjusted by PLC touch screen.

v Runout table.
