The using scope:
The machine is multifunctional rotary multicolor screen printing machine. We can use this machine to print the patterns and words on cylindrical plastic bottle cap, cylindrical glass tube, cylindrical wine bottle cap, tube product, lighter, rubber tube, polywood, lipstick, flat surface and so on. Featuring with highly automation and fast in printing, easy operation, accuracy positioning.

1. Machine can be customized according to the special products.
2. The machine can be designed with structure of two color screen printing and one color hot stamping, or with structure of one color screen printing and two color hot stamping, even structure of three colors screen printing or structure of three colors hot stamping.
3. The innovative transmission system is very stable in passing the parts, easy to shift between different types of products, easy to operate.
4. Machine is controlled by PLC and touch screen display, with kinds of monitor system to ensure the machine running stable and safe at high speed.
5. According to the characteristics of products , this machine can be equipped with kinds of functions such as automatic loading and unloading, orientation, non-printing without bottles, detection, etc.
6. The main components are imported from German, USA and Japan to ensure the machine's quality and stability of printing.
7. Chinese, English and Spanish are supported. Also according to diffrent language, the language can be written in the PLC and touch screen display.
