Description:
Dredging hose are mainly used for waterway dredging. Suck and discharge the silt, slurry, sand and stone which depoisited in the waterway. It can extend distance of dredging. Our hoses have good performance in resistance of corrosion, high pressure, bending and abrasion.
Flanged Nipple type Dredging Rubber Hose could connected with pipeline well, reduce the sea wave, make conveying medium flows more smoothly.
1. The steel flange discharge hoses are used to convey silts and gravels with dredgers.
2. The thinkness of the pipe wall is from 20mm to 80mm.
3. The suitable working temperature ranges from -20°C to 80°C.
4. The large diameter is from 200mm to 1300mm.
5. Other technical parameters can be made by clients' requirements.
Application: Used for port, dock, seawater, silt, sand ,discharge flood etc.
Characteristics: Flexible, Anti-waves, Wear-resistance, Weather-resistance, Aging-resistance,
seawater resistance
Temperature: From -20 Degrees Celsius To 80 Degrees Celsius.
Guarantee period:1 year or longer

Internal rubber layer: NR, SBR,BR
Reinforcement layer: high tensile textile braided or tire cord or steel wire spiral
External rubber layer: SBR and CR blend
