HM-ZD240 Automatic rigid box making machine
HM-ZD240 Automatic rigid box making machine with high accuracy spotter (the spotter error is ± 0.05mm). is suitable for all kinds of high-grade jewelry boxes, watch boxes, pen boxes, gift boxes, candy boxes, souvenir boxes, jewelry boxes, cosmetics boxes and other small size box manufacturing production.
Features :
1)Automatic rigid box making machine : High output: 1500-1800 pcs/ hour
2)Automatic rigid box making machine : High-precision: Spotter unit apply high tech Germany camera with 5 million pixel and Japan TOYO mechanical arm which increase the accuracy of the position part. (spotter accuracy± 0.05mm. )
3) Automatic rigid box making machine :Feed use servo feeder control system. It saves about 20-30 mins. for adjust the paper feeder part when change the size. Traditional machine using the cam control system which needs to adjust the gears when change the size of paper. The new system (servo feeder) makes it easier and faster. Just input the size of the paper into the computer, machine can automatically adjust the glue feeder part.
4) Automatic rigid box making machine :Suit to use the PE tape. Traditional machine is using the Kraft paper which is much thicker on the corner part. After wrapping the box, there is a mark on the corner part. But using PE tape, the corner part wrapping can be much better as the PE tape is much thinner. ( Option device)
5) Automatic rigid box making machine :Corner pasting part can feed and past grooving cardboard instead of die cut cardboard. ( Option device)
6) Automatic rigid box making machine :Black and white belt:Black and white belt which suit to different colors of paper sheet. Save 1- 2 hours for changing the belt when making different colors of paper. (Option device and under testing)

a. Gluing Unit
Automatic feed paper by feeder sucker
24 hours control glue pre-heating
The vacuum suction fan under the conveyer belt can keep the glued paper from deviating

b. Corner pasting Unit
Automatic feeding cardboard
Hot-melting adhesive automatic conveying, cutting and finish pasting the inner box quad stayer(four angles) of cardboard in one process.
c. Spotter
Apply Germany camera in 5 million pixel which is more accuracy (spotter error ± 0.05mm. )

The whole machine employs PLC, photoelectric detector system and touch screen man-machine interface to automatically spot and form the box in one process.
Computer control with auto error display and malfunction display
It can automatically diagnose the troubles and alarm accordingly.
d. Wrapping Unit
Automatically collect boxes and deliver them to the forming unit. The box-forming unit can continually delivery boxes, wrap sides, fold ears and paper sides and form in one process.
After sale service
The guarantee period shall be 1 year after the B/L date.
Hongming will send engineer to user's factory when machine arrive factory for installation and training .
Hongming shall provide the replacement parts and after sales service to the buyer under the whole life of the machine.
If the parts are broken under the right operation during the guarantee period, the parts including shipping costs and service will be free. But the import tax will be borne by the buyer.
