The automatic blow molding machines, A wide variety of materials can be used for the machine, which are suitable for producing 1-5L PE plastic bottle. The clamping system is a high-precision double-station linear guide, extrusion system using a hard gear reducer and inverter. The die head system adopts central-incoming extrusion die made of special steel, imported hydraulic valve and seal parts with proportional control valve. The control system consists of PLC and Human-machine interface imported from Japan, an automatic temperature control module and imported electrical parts.

Main Characteristic:

1.  Two station, single layer, 65mm screw, 20kw motor, PE / PP etc.

2.  Power supply: 380VAC,  50Hz  (depending on client\'s county ).

3.  Die Head for choosing:

     One head (2L-5L):  5L---around 180 bottles per hour

    Two head (1L-2L):  2L---around 350 bottles per hour

    Three head (  500ml to 1L):  1L---around 800 bottles per hour

     Four head (up to 500ml):  500ml---around 1000 bottles per hour

                                                 250ml---around 1500 bottles per hour

4. Center Distance: Two Die head: 120mm,    Three Die head: 100mm,       Four Die Head: 80mm

5. Deflashing system: Neck/ handle/ bottom deflashing
