Introduced from foreign countries, the abrator has high shot-blasting volume, energy-saving performance, low consumption and wearable parts winning satisfaction from users, fit for removing oxidated layer, rust and intensifying surface of various medium and small batches castings, forgings and welded structure. One group of sensible device is equipped at position of upper taper part. If there is not enough pills, the driving rod will open the supply strobe via sensor at upper part, then the pills will be impacted onto the workpieces. Sand blasting machine fits for secondary cleaning complicated parts with inside chamber for machinery, mine, valve and container. Dimension of cleaned parts (diameter* height): φ1300×1800mm Lifting capacity: 1000kg (automatic feeding, automatic discharging and automatic unloading), dual hangers and one hanger lifting capacity: 800kg.
