It is updated caterpillar type abrator (metal type) which is in highest flight in the world with excellent guarding measures, high shot-blasting performance and reasonable structure of circulation system, materials and workpieces that are hard to clean can also get good effect. Inside casing is made of high-manganese and high-chrome guarding plate. After workpieces are installed into hopper, feeder will be lifted to upper position and dismantle workpieces onto the caterpillar, then the hanging gate will close automatically, the abrator will impact pills onto the turning workpieces which can be finished with 5 to 10 minutes with high efficiency, top-grade quality, easy operation and convenient maintenance. Abrator adopts energy-saving product in our company with high speed, high shot-blasting volume, wearable performance and can be exchanged easily.
