LP Luggage wrapper is designed to stretch wrap luggage and related items for secutity purposes in an airport or hotel setting. Film provides extra support while the luggage is being transport to protect them become damaged. And the plastic and closing label cannot be removed and replaced by a thief . Additionally , wrapped luggage can easily be separated and identified.

3,Material usage:
Machine is using a standard type of stretch film packaging material for creating a hard to tear,resistance,waterproof cover over the baggage.The film is recyclable.Specification:width:500mm,thickness:20-25 microns,length:1500meters,weight: max:16kg,stretchable,one side sticky,transparent or colored.
5,Main technical data of the machine:
5.1 Powered pre-stretch mechanism inside (up to250 %), meaning material savings;
5.2 Usage of standard (normal) size of stretch-film material (500mm. in width, 23 microns in thickness, 1500 meters long. hard paper core inside 76.2 mm). Most of the machines of the competitors are using non-standard 700mm. in wide stretch film, which is not available on the market.
5.3 Manually control the vertical pole to make the baggage steady
5.4 Electronic film tension control adjustment on panel
5.5 Turntable speed can be control on the panel
5.6 Emergency stop can be set on the panel when the baggages wrapped.
