Application:
It is mainly designed for the application of dyeing, boiling off, bleach, and water washing, etc. Working procedure for reeled yarn, bobbin or scattered fiber on the cotton,matt, or chemical fiber processing machine.

4. Working Pressure: 0.3Mpa
5. Liquor ratio: 1:15
6. Heating exchange method: coiled tube type heat exchanger, for heating or cooling.
7. Heat exchanging speed: when steam pressure is 0.4Mpa, tank liquid heating from 20℃ to 130℃, it costs 40 min; when cooling water pressure is 0.3Mpa, water is 20℃, tank liquid temperature cooling from 130℃ to 80℃, it costs 40 min.
