Sand Making Plant/installation and Operation

Sand is widely used in road construction, real estate development, concrete making etc. With the rapid development of construction industry, the amount of the natural sand failed to keep pace with the various sectors of modern world development needs. Equipment

One complete sand making plant is always made up of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, VSI sand making machine and sand washing machine.

Sand making plant processing flow

The raw materials are first put into elementary-crushing machine jaw crusher for primary crushing, and then the belt conveyor transfers the elementary products to the secondary-crushing machine for secondary crush.

The secondary products will be separated into two kinds by the vibrating screen. The parts satisfying the standard of the Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher will be conveyed to the VSI sand-making machine and the other parts will return to the secondary-crushing machine.

The parts into the sand-making machine will be the crushed by sand making machine and discharged products will be stored directly as final products. Or some will be washed by SBM sand washing machines if producers would like to produce higher grade clean products.
