Our scope includes... - Electrolyzer (Anodes and Cathodes) assembly and its spares for the capacity from 15 Gms per hr. to 250 kg/hr with multifold cell. - Bi-polar, Mono-polar & Reverse polarization cell assembly. - In normal, we do design the anode for 3.5 to 4.0-cell voltage, with the coating life guarantee of 5 to 7 years, depends on the current density and material of construction [sheet, mesh or pipe]. - The R.P cell is guaranteed up to 1.5 years, or depends on the operating conditions. - Anodes are manufactured form titanium sheet, mesh, plate, rod, wire, tube, pipe and the combination of all the above, confirming to ASTM B 265, 348 & 337 or 338 gr.1 & 2. - Cathodes are also manufactured from Hastelloy C-276 for the specific application. - Electrodes are to be coated with Mixed Metal Oxide (MMO) & Platinum in the thickness of minimum 6-micron. MMO contain Ir, Ru, Pd, or mix of all. - Platinum plating is to be done in tubular electrodes, which is to be used in high velocity of electrolyte flow.
