(A).Application of double facer:
After gluing the sheet will glue with paper into double facer, form 3/5/7 layer cardboard.
(B).Structure of double facer:
It’s composed of hot section press roll, cool section press roll, hydraulic up and down, main drive, steam pipe etc.
(C).Features of double facer:
a. Heated by the steam, hydraulic up and down, press separately according to the layer of the paperboard, keep proper pressure, useful for the form of paperboard.
b. Pneumatic tension for upper belt, electric or rectify a deviation, keep good condition.
c. You can choose press toll or thermal bar, the number of the thermal bat is controlled by PLC.
d. Heating plate: 8/12/15/18/21/24. PCS( According to machine speed and Amount of layer), the surface is grinded and chrome-plated.
