Features:
1. Twin facer structure, one flute unit working and another preheating, makes flutes change and roll maintenance easy.
2. The flute forming unit and glue application unit are designed of partible structure, which simplifies maintenance, cleaning assembling and disassembling of corrugatin roll.
3. Vacuum suction paper leading features perfect flute formation.
4. Auto-circulating glue feeding system is provided. Adhesive applying amount is electrically adjusted. A digital readout device is optional to indicate adhesive applying amout.
5. The flute formation are all hydraulically operated, and glue application is pneumatically controlled.
6. The individual driving box, which is seperated from dynamics oscillating, improves running stability.
7. The corrugating roll is made of special alloy steel, induction hardened. It’s hardnedd can reach HRC55-58.
8. The machine is controlled by PLC.
