HBT series concrete pump

The concrete pump we offering are in the type of towing with S-VALVE and BUTTERFLY-VALVE for customers to choose from.

And the engine of concrete pumps can be power or diesel according to customers requirement.

Concrete mixer

The concrete mixer we are offer now is twin horizontal shafts forced type. We offer mixer as JS350, JS500, JS750, JS1000, JS1500 and JS2000.

We can use the mixer separately or we can use it with our PLD series concrete batcher work together in concrete mixing plant for prefabricated-component factories of various sizes and construction of highway, bridge, water conservation and dock etc.

It can mix no-slump concrete, plastic concrete, liquefied concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete and various mortars, as a widely used high efficiency model.

This series product is reasonable in structure, novel in layout and convenient in operation and maintenance.

The height of supporting legs is designed as 1.5-4.5m for JS500-2000. Tipper car, self-dumping truck and mixer truck can be used by user. The product can be customized upon users request.

PLD series concrete batcher

PLD series concrete batching machine is new type concrete batching machinery designed for building, road, bridge construction works.

The batching machine can be applied to concrete mixers of 2000 liters or less in discharge capacity for direct receiving from the lifting hopper of mixer or from belt conveyor .Weight controller and sensors are incorporated in the weighing system for material weighing, batching and controlling, and can automatically modify falling head.

The unit is reasonable in layout compact in size, easy and simple in operation, precise in batching and reliable in control.
