Application and characteristics:
XP mobile wood chipper machine is the flagship model, used for wood, bamboo, agriculture stalk, or
branches, trunk, leaves crushing.Forced Swallow type design, powerful 150HP turbocharged engine
6105 (XP1300), make production efficiency extremely high. Move operation, no dependent on electricity,
changed traditional production process; more flexible production environment, and more convenient of
material transport.Material swallowed speed adjustable automatically with the crushing rotating speed,
make machine work optimally, significantly improved blade lifetime; Twin blade design, no stagnation of
production due to normal wear of the blades.
Transportation and Storage
1. Mobile wood chipper is transported with whole machine, basically not need to assembly. In particular
cases, unload discharge pipe and hubs according to height and width requirements during
transportation.
2. Whole machine hoisting, lift the main frame body by rope, can’t life the feeding port and engine shield.
3. Mobile chipper is placed for a long time, the frame should be higher, avoid to tire udder pressure for a
long time. Placed in ventilated dry place, and should have moisture-proof facilities, the surface-exposed
without paint should be coated anti-rust oil.
