The system is applicable to radial sealing clearance adjustment at hot end of air preheater in 200MW～1100MW generator set and can be used to automatically control the air leakage of either three-segment or two-segment air preheater with bendable sector plate or adjustable rigid sector plate. Two modes, i.e. position control and load control, being a standby mode for each other; the control mode can be chosen flexibly; in load control mode, load signal, main/standby motor current signal and temperature signal have good stability, not affected by the field environment; over current regulation and protection function is provided, ensuring the reliability of automatic operation in any running conditions; this system has a high automation rate.
