Transmission Frequency Conversion Control System

The Air Preheater Transmission Frequency Conversion Control System is a transmission control device using transducer to realize soft startup of rotary air preheater. It has many advantages including big torque, small mechanical impact and power grid impact, stable and reliable operation and so on. It is an ideal transmission control system for rotary air preheater and similar high inertia loads. The system has three grades, i.e. high speed, low speed and debugging, so that different operation requirements can be met. The primary motor and the standby motor can be switched automatically. The standby motor can be switched to the standby motor automatically when the main motor is in fault. The system has two operation modes called remote and local. There is a changing switch in the control cabinet. It can give the primary motor and the standby motor running current signal; The system can output the alarm signal when the transducer is in fault, motor overload or the rotor stops, and it will never stop if overvoltage appears.
