Description:

Process flow:
Raw material+masterbatches→mixing → vacuum feeding → material dryness → single screw extruder → color string extruder → spiral mould → calibrator → spray vacuum calibration tank → spray cooling water tank→ spray-code printer → belt haul-off → no-dust cutter → pipe rack → finished product inspecting&packing
