Pulse Deduster
The TBLM Series Pulse Deduster is our improved new deduster, designed both by gathering the advantages of other manufacturers and our own several years of practice. It has been very popular after being put into practice.
The device can be used to separate dust-laden air below 80 ° C. It is applied to the food, grain, medicine, health industries, and also is used in the metallurgical, cement, mining, foundry and other industries.
▲Main Characters of Pulse Deduster:
1. Cylindraceous body with good stiffness and strength. Dust-laden air centrifugally tangentially enters as a junior purification, which enhanced the deduster efficiency.

3. Dealing with large air volume as being equipped with pulse cleaning system
4. With pulse control meter, simple circuit, pulse interval and width adjustable, output controlled, stable performance and high reliability are the main advantages of the Pulse Deduster.

Ⅱ.Structure and Operating Principle
1. The structure (As the Attached Drawing)
Pulse Deduster includes upper, middle, bottom body and the legs. The upper body is equipped with electromagnetism valve, air bag at outside and pulse pipe and other parts at inside, and the clean air exit on the top. The middle body is equipped with filtration bags, framework, spring framework, inspection door and other parts. And the dust-laden air enters the middle body from the entrance. And the bottom body is equipped with drag conveyor and airlock to clean up and discharge the impurities. Rubber cushions and bolts are used to connect and tight the bodies. The legs, welded with the bottom body, are used to support and fix the whole device.
2. Operating Principle
When the dust-laden air enters the body from the entrance, some bigger impurities fall into the dust bucket under the centrifugal pull as the first dedust grade. And the other part is stopped at the bag outside. The cleaned air is discharged from the hole on the upper body. The resistance will increase with the increasing of the dust on the bag surface. In order to keep the certain resistance, the dust must be cleaned timely by pulse controlled by meter.
When the electromagnetism is connected with the power, the compressed air is busted into the bags passing the pulse pipe, which makes the bags instantaneous bulging. And then the dust on the bags outside is shacked off and is discharged from the dust exit.
Ⅲ. Model & Specification and Technical Parameters
Specification and main parameters are listed in the Form 1.

Ⅳ. Installation, Commissioning and Operation
1. Installation
①According to the practice needs, the clean air exit can be flexible in the horizontal plane. While the fixed bolt size must not be changed.
② Installation Method
We can have it installed by unit or separately by four parts: the upper body (including air bags and control distributor); middle body (including the inspection door); the bottom body and the airlock. The filtration bags must be verticality during the installation.
Installation Schedule:
1. Fix the bottom body firstly. Place the upper surface of the body and then tight the fixed bolt.
2. Fix the middle body and connected it with bottom body by bolts and put rubber cushion between the two bodies.
3. Fix the upper body according to the direction of the clean air exit. Put rubber cushion between the middle body and the flange of the upper and then connect them by bolts tightly.
4. Connect the airlock and the dust exit and refuel the airlock according to the regulations.
5. Connect air pipe with the compressed air pipe.
6. Fix the control meter at the location where is convenient to operate
7. Connect with the electromagnetic valve and the control meter. Connect the power with the import lead wire of the control meter, airlock, drag conveyor and the motor.
●CAUTION: Make sure the power is off when installing in order not to be injured. .
2. Commissioning
① Check all parts before operating, especially the bolts and the joint parts. If find any problems please adjust the tension. And please also ensure the lubrication.
② Start the power for a short time to check the proper direction of the conveyer.
③ Turn on the control meter to check that if the electromagnetism works and it corresponds with the meter. And then ensure the normal state of the pulse period and width right.
④ No-load operation is done to check up if the pressure meter, electromagnetism, conveyor and airlock work well.
3. Operation
A. Start Schedule
Airlock→ Motor of drag conveyor→ Pulse meter→ Fan in the air net
B. Stop Schedule
Fan in the air net→ (pause for a pulse period) → Pulse meter→ Motor of drag conveyor→ Airlock
C. Adjusting the Pulse time and period
The adjusting principle of pulse period of single air: observe the pressure of the pulse bags and start the next pulse when the pressure up to 0.3-0.6MPa again after one pulse. With focus air the pulse period should be shorter to control the filtration resistance.
