Description:
1) It is used in mixing, drying, coloring and other processing. It is the most ideal equipment for producing shaped plastic material and plastics pipes.
2) The technology of the main shaft sealed apparatus has got the state patent and it has two functions of electric and steam heating.
3) Two layers of sealing technology is adopted in the pot cover. The opening of the heating mixed cover adopted the airopening device and the opening of the cooling mixed cover adopted hydraulic pressure control system.
4) The electric control section with the programmable logic control adopted wellknown imported meters and control components.
5) It is equipped with the pulse dust-cleaning recovery device.
6) The blades have been passed the test of the dynamic and static balance testing machine.
7) You may choose the simple and easy feeding system
Applications:
SRL-ZA series mixing unit is appliable for mixing,colouring and drying of various resin such as poly,PE,PP,PVC polypropylene,poly chloride etc,and in the process of drying and volatilization of engineering plastics such as ABS PC etc before forming and processing as well as in the mixing of phenolic resin.
The unit combines heat mixing and cool mixing together.The materials after heat mixing can be gotting into cool mixer for cooling automatically,exhausts remaining gass and avoids agglomerates.
It is an ideal equipment for plastics mixing.
