1. Introduction of Product
SHR Series High-speed Mixer For PVC Cable material And Other Plastics
SHR series high-speed mixe are used in mixing, stirring, drying, coloring materials in plastics, rubber, and chemical industries.
SHR Series High-speed Mixe adopt advanced design, so it is convenient and safe for operation. It offers small size, light weight, high efficiency, low energy consumption, and low noise. It is an ideal choice for you to buy such devices.
This unit is mainly composed of pot, mixing blade, momentum driving device, base and electric control cabinet etc.
2. Quick Detail:
SHR High-speed Mixer series adopt the drive mode which is double speed or frequency conversion .Inner wall and paddle are made of Stainless Steel. The machine is labyrinth sealing and the sealing material is Teflon.
3. Description:
(1). Heating mixer: double speed motor,
(2). Inside pot body is made of 6mm stainless steel. The cover of heating mixer is equipped with a ￠450mm stainless steel hopper.
(3). Three pieces of stainless steel paddles in the heating mixer, rotating speed: 430/860/rpm. One piece of paddle in the cooling mixer, rotating speed: 70/rpm
(4). Principal axis pressurize type: PTEF and framework pressurize
(5). Digital temperature control meter
(6). Contactor of Siemens
(7). Pneumatic control the cover and outlet
(8). Capacity: 90-110kg/batch

1. Payment: 30% by T/T as advance payment, balance(70%) by T/T before shipment
