Description:
1. the inside barrel of Heating ＆ Cooling Mixer are made of stainless steel; the outside baiTel of heating Mixer are also in stainless steel, It can resist the corruption of DOP and there is a ￠550mm stainless steel material adding bucket up the pot cover.
2. The Heating Mixer is equipped with 3-pc – type blades.
3. Electric beating device:equipped with temperature tesing device ＆ warm accuse table.
4. The Main roller is sealed

7. the opening ＆ material unloading of the cover adopts liquid pressure control system.

Applications:
The mixer mainly used homogeneous mixture with PVC, all kinds of resins and other plastic materials.
It mixes and dyes the grain burden of PE, PP and other plastic materials, to dry the hygroscopicity resin forming the type before processing it.
The mixer is absolutely necessary supplement equipment in the front production line of the plastic production factory

2/ The inner barrel of mixer are made of stainless steel (thickness of 8mm ) ;
The bottom of the barrel is made of stainless steel (thickness of 8mm) ；
The outermost barrel of heating mixer is packed with 0.8mm stainless steel plate
(DOP corrosion-resistant, easy to clean)；
