QYF Series Mining Pneumatic Desilting Sewage Pump

Introduction

The desilting sewage pump is driven by compressed air. And is suitable for containing methane  or coal dust explosion hazard of the coal mine underground mining work surface, tunnel ,bottom hole water , sewage pit and drainage etc. 

We developed the desilting of sewage pump has realized the coal mine underground water sump coal slime and water mixture good efficient processing. The device completely solved heavy labor of artificial digging water sump, at the same time ,reduced a number of newly built underground water sump. And not only improved the comprehensive economic performance ,also realized environment  management and protection ,save time and labor, and has widely practicability.

Technology Features:

1.The series desilting sewage pump with advanced structure, convenient movement ,stable working ,working cycle is controlled by pneumatic timer, the pump body without any movement parts, Also can be adjustable according to timer to improve pumping efficiency.

2.Control system adopt advanced air control valve to realize actuator’s control and switch. High safety performance, reliable and sensitive actions.

Product structure:

Pneumatic desilting sewage pump is composed of  main part ,control system vacuum pump and other components.

1. Main part : pump body, feed pipe, discharge pipe, its function is absorb and discharge.

2.Control system: control system take advantage of pneumatic operated alternative valve, shuttle valve, ball valve and time logic alternative valve 

to realize actuator’s control and switch, in order to achieve alternately absorb and discharge.

3.Vacuum suction components: it is designed according to the principle venturi effect ,including inlet air ,outlet and vacuum port. When the air pressure of the air inlet is higher than a certain value, nozzle jet supersonic ,due to gas viscosity, High-speed jet volume absorb negative pressure cavity gas, in order to form high vacuum .
