Introduction:
3ZBQS12/10 Mine pneumatic double fluid grouting pump is set multidisciplinary advanced technology developed a new kind of grouting equipment. The device is mainly used in coal mine ,tunnel ,subway, water and electric ,building, bridge and construction projects .It is used for crushing rock grouting consolidation ,water plugging and fill gap and other engineering construction ,effectively eliminate hidden in the fighting and emergency rescues.
Technical features:
1.Advanced structure, high efficiency, large discharge pressure, portable movement and maintain, high pressure.
2.All functions, either one-component grout injection, can also be a two-component injection grout; Either chemical grout injection, also can cement slurry. Each cylinder synchronization work, mixing ratio can be adjusted, slurry evenly, can also act as emulsion pump or high pressure water pump, hydraulic pump, etc., also can used for other occasions.
3.Good safety, in the inflammable and explosive, temperature, humidity large changes sites are safe to use.
4. Can according to the different needs of customers to adjust parameters, meet different pressure, flow, multi-component slurry mixing ratio and the special requirements of different medium.
Structure features and Working principle:
Pneumatic double liquid grouting pump use compressed air as power source, due to the cylinder and the grouting pipe has larger effect are ratio, which allow a smaller pressure to make grouting pipe produce higher grouting pressure.
Each cylinder vertical arrangement, and good stress condition ,the reciprocating movement of the cylinder adopts advanced built-in control valve, bidirectional drive, safe and reliable, volume rate is greatly increased, low gas consumption, energy saving effect is remarkable. The grouting cylinder for single rod double-acting cylinder, which can realize continuous slurry, slurry mixing, grouting pressure fluctuation is small.
