Description:

1)      A composite gear with external and internal teeth is equipped on the machine, so as the block indexing of work piece can be realized and it makes the cutting heat distributed over the work piece.

2)      A high precision dual-lead worm gear pair is used for cradle and work spindle drive respectively, and many measures are adopted for enhancing structural rigidity and driving rigidity, which keep high accuracy of the machine and make the efficiency and the service life improved.

3)      The Generating Method or the Infeed Method can be used when the machine is operating, which improves the working efficiency.

4)      On the machine, the work holding equipment, sliding base moving, rapid friction clutch and reverse mechanism are driven by hydraulic pressure, and the counting device is controlled by electrical equipment.
