This machine is a new generation CNC spiral bevel gear generator newly developed on the basis of Model Y2280 spiral bevel gear generator.
This machine inherits the advantage of universality of the traditional mechanical transmission gear generators, and is designed for roughing and finishing spiral and hypoid gears of diameter up to 800mm and module up to 15mm. It’s suitable for the mass production of gears used for medium and heavy-duty trucks, mining and earth-moving machinery and ships.
Description:
The three axes of the workpiece (y-axis), the cradle (x-axis) and the sliding base (z-axis) of the machine are controlled by SIEMENS 802D CNC control system and can be moved simultaneously. AC frequency changing stepless speed regulation is used for the cutter spindle (s-axis). This machine can use the normally used machine summaries of YT2250 (or Y225), Y2280 and so on, after converting them conveniently into relative CNC programmable parameters.
This machine has a shorter transmission train than the conventional machines, simplifies machine set ups and increases the machining accuracy, and makes the machine operation more accurate and convenient.
