3. Power Meter shows the min. & max. tube power . Average power will be choosen for assembling into machine while the unqualified send back to supplier.
4. 8 Hours Continious Test with Every 7 Seconds break to prevent any possible error.
5. Main Parts like Power Supply Box, Motor, Motor Driver, Main Board will be tested up to 52 degree high temperature. There is no problem even you use in desert area.
6. All Parts test strictly, pay special attention to the white device. It's Autocollimator. With such a high-tech device, it's easier to test the balance for rail while most of small factories adjust only by technician's familiarity.
7. After being assembled, we will test machine by 2mm circles. If there is any machine with wrong size or is not round, it's not allowd to be delivered.
