Description:

Pillow block bearing (insert bearing with housing) is rolling bearing together with a bearing unit. Most of the outer spherical bearings are made of spherical and spherical bore with imported bearing mounted together, the structure forms, versatility and interchangeability. Meanwhile, in the design of these bearings also have some-Mind, easy to install, has a dual structure of sealing device that can work in harsh environments. Bearing is generally used cast molding. Designed for long bearing service life SAF housings contribute to long bearing service life: A proper machined bearing seat provides a suitable fit together with the appropriate bearing. Size and grade specific cap bolts offer superior clamping force between the cap and base. Effective seals protect the bearing from contamination and keep the lubricant in. Lubrication features enable frequent relubrication if necessary.
Designed for demanding applications SAF housings are designed for heavy-duty operation in conveyors, mining, papermaking equipment as well as lighter duty and high speed service in fans, blowers and other applications: Flat surfaces on the cap accommodate condition monitoring attachments and other application specific fittings. A large choice of seals meet nearly all application requirements.
Designed for easy mounting SAF housings ease installation: A flat square foot helps to accurately align the housing. Cast-in dimples locate dowel holes or vents during field installation. Dowels locate the cap and base for correct assembly. Pry slots make it easy to remove the cap for bearing installation and maintenance. Housing sizes from 507 to 528 and 211 to 228 offer further helpful features like cast in grease fill lines inside the base and cast in centreline marks on the base for easy alignment.
