The curing agent system of GT02 high-efficiency sealant spreading machine adopts double way filtration system, which prevents the sealant from contacting air and occurring solidification. The sealant flow rate stability is ensured and mixing effect improved. The system is also equipped with a pipe overload protection device, providing more safety guard for operation.

The high pressure valve of material pump, curing agent pump and proportional pump is made of special leakage-free alloy by grinding. The proportional pump is installed with an adjustable proportioning mechanism; the nearly fastidious proportioning requirements of the bicomponent sealant are fulfilled, as well as those of curtain wall glass and insulating glass.
