Machine Introduction
Machine features:
1. The GT06 high-efficiency sealant spreading machine, whose main motors are imported from Korea, which has a good quality and reliability. The main parts are made of high-tension and quality stainless steel with thermal treatment, the reliability and durability of the machine are greatly improved, ensuring a fairly well quality of machine.
2. The straight line flowing mixer is made of stainless steel, which reduces resistance, improves sealant flowing, easy to clean sealant pipe, no sealant leaks, and the weight is low.
3. The main motor is controlled by double pneumatic circles, which make the machine more stable, and reduces troubles.
4. GT06 has sealant quantity alert system, when A pump or B pump is out of sealant, the alert will work, the worker will change sealant on time.
5. The sealant mixing system adopts suspending device which reduce working intensity.
6. Pump B has double sealing, which stop sealant leaking.
7. Pump B adopts high pressure output double way filtration, which prevent impurity martial to come in high pressure system, and strengthen machine stability.
8. Compared with hydraulic machine, GT06 has faster speed, less fault, the sealant gun can be cleaned when the electric is stopped.
