CIL-SP-92B/75B Full-automatic high-speed rewinding and perforated toilet paper machine
Description of the equipment:
CIL-SP-92B/75B this equipment is to perforate and cut the raw paper into various sizes according to the requested. The finished product is neat, in good order and with equality tension. It has the feature of compact structure, easy and stable operation, less electricity consumption and covers a small area of 8.4 m². The highest production speed is 120-160m/min. This equipment is adjustable to meet the requested finished product. This model is the ideal equipment for paper making factory and paper processing factory.
This equipment can process raw paper of 1.2m(92B type) and 1.8m(75B type) in width. There are two types of this model: one is ordinary type, it used one embossed unit for 2 ply paper, and the other is dot-by-dot type, it used embossed units respectally for each one.
This machine is consist of stand of raw material, paper conveying unit, embossing unit, perforating unit, rolling unit, electricity control and cutting system. The production process is : unreeling —→ embossing —→perforating—→furl—→slitting.
Features:
1, This model is designed with computer control system, fully automatic in production process, the function is complete and the production speed is high.
2, It can automatically change the core, spray the glue and seals without stopping the machine and also automatically raise and lower speed when exchanging the core.
3, When change the core, the machine will be tight first and loosen later to avoid dropping off the roll core.
4, Equipped with automatic alarm to indicate filling up of core pipe. The machine will be automatically stopped when there is no core pipes.
5.Automatic alarm for breaking off of paper.
6.Equipped separate tension control for each unwinding jumbo roll.
7.It is convenient to change the feature to produce any other core pipe winding.
8.Left paper remind after sealing of product for convenient use.
9.Jumbo roll stand is installed by pneumatic.

The name of spare part of the machine
1. Use processing, anti-pressure and capable of damage transition of steel axle.
2. Electric unit adopts famous brand of China, called “Zheng da” electric unit. This machine also equip with PLC, it has reasonable structure and easy operation.
3. Axletree adopts famous brand of China, called Ha er bin axletree.
After sell service:
1. One-year maintenance service. Any damage spare part can be exchanged from our company directly (excluding the easy damaged goods). After one year, we will continue to assist you both on technical problem and the quality level for long-term.
2. The easy damaged goods will be along with the machine.
Cost calculation:
Price of raw paper: 625-1250$(A and B grade)
It uses 18g to produce 8300 rolls of 120g per ton, 10000 rolls of 100g, 12500 rolls of 80g.
Workers’ salary:(8 hours) per ton is 20$
Charges of electricity:( 0.1$ per degree) electricity consumption per ton: 35 degree x0.1$=3. 5$
Small packages:( it is 0.005$ per package) 10000x0.005$=50$
Large packages in 36 rolls: 278rolls (per ton) X0.1125$=31.25$
It uses this kind of paper (1.8m in width, 2 ply, 18g) can produce 80 rolls of 120g per minute. Every hour can produce 4500 rolls. 8 hours can produce 38400 rolls. It can process 4.6 tons paper.
Length can be adjustable and also can produce according to the customers’ request.
