CIL-MFT-21Mini type facial tissue machine adopts vacuum adsorb and high-speed to fold the paper. Adopting step-less adjusting speed, and it is running smoothly. It is special equipment for 4 folding facial tissue machine. This machine composed of raw paper stand, embossing unit, lengthways folding unit , cutting and transversal folding unit, It runs a whole set of rolling to fix difference tension of raw paper, embossed, lenghtways folding, pushing the paper, cutting the paper, transversal folding paper and finished products transfer.

The name of spare part of the machine
1.Use processing, anti-pressure and capable of damage transition of steel axle.
2.Electric unit adopts famous brand of China, called “Zheng da” electric unit.
3.Bearing adopts famous brand of China, called Ha er bin axletree.

Cost calculation:
The raw material to produce handkerchief per ton is between 625$ and 1250$.
16g of raw paper can produce (per ton) 1410000 pieces.8-10 pcs in one bag. Take 10 pcs for example, it can pack 141000 bags.
Worker’s salary per ton is 125$(8 hours).
Charges of electricity::( 0.1$ per degree) 180 degree x 0.1$=18$,
Small package is 0.00125$: 141,000 x 0.00125$=176.25$
