The strip feeding machine CNC (CTJ-CNC)

Processing method: Profiles with teeth strip insertion
Function:
1. Inserting thermal barrier strip into aluminum profile.
2. Adopts special gear wheel four-drive, uses the guiding slot improve the accuracy of feeding thermal barrier strip in slot of aluminum profile.
3. With adjustable feeding speed, it is improve the productivity greatly and operating easily and flexibly.
Working principle:
Adjust knurling knife into the notch, draw the profile by rotating the knurling knife, and make teeth on the inner cavity of the profile.
Features:
1. Every finished thermal barrier profile feature consistent shearing force at the head, middle and end.
2. With the function of electric cut, the machine can cut off the strip under the control by electric, which is applicable for the factory of high production.
3. Two axes computer control system.
4. Stepless speed regulation is available by using frequency converter.
5. Advanced three axis CNC systems.
6. EMS computer reservation systems can store different programs for different profiles’ processing.
7. Convenient operating interfaces.
