Processing method:
Profiles with teeth made and strips inserted to roll and to achieve tightness of profiles.
Function: (Product after feeding rolling tightly)
1. The special equipment manufacturing for thermal barrier aluminum profile. With three groups of carbine hobbing cutter, it is used to press and fasten the profile with thermal barrier strips.
2. Adopts three sets of roller to roll combination of strip and aluminum profile tightly.
Working principle:
Adjust the hobbing cutter into the notch of profiles and draw the profile by rotating the cutter and then press and fasten two sides of the profile.
Features:
1. Use three sets (six pairs or 12 pieces) roller for recombination of profiles with the inserted thermal barrier strips trough rotating; achieve tight combination for the profiles with strips.
2. Use three sets high precision digital pressure testing which is capable for accurately measuring pressure of each set during rolling.
3. Stepless speed regulation through frequency converter with accuracy guide screw and linear guiding orbit movement.
4. Dynamic digital display pressure device.
5. Single axis computer numerical control system.
6. EMS computer reservation systems can store different programs for different profiles’ processing.
7. Convenient operating interfaces.
