Function:
1. The special equipment manufacturing for thermal barrier aluminum profile. It is used to knurl on the notch of thermal barrier aluminum profile to improve the horizontal shearing force of the profile;
2. The key machine to increase shear force, knurling the slot of extrusion profile through rotating knife at a high speed.
Working principle:
Adjust knurling knife into the notch, draw the profile by rotating the knurling knife, and make teeth on the inner cavity of the profile.
Features:
1. Stepless speed regulation is available by using frequency converter.
2. Electric controlled lifting of knurling knife and more stable automatically changing of different aluminum is available.
3. It can work with laminating frame and clamping device, that is available to knurl, feed strip and stick laminating at the same time.
