Kaolin Dryer Introduction:
Kaolin drying machine is suitable for many materials with different characters. Kaolin dryer is widely used to dry powdery, granular, bar and block materials like puremineral powder, slag, limestone, pulverized coal, clay, kaolin and so on in building material, metallurgy, chemical and cement industry. It has a better effect in kaolin, clay and bentonite drying. Kaolin dryer is the newly researched drying equipment of Fote Machinery. It has such advantages as reliable operation, large elasticity of operation, wide adaptability, large processing capacity, etc. Generally speaking, Kaoline dryer is suitable for drying granular materials, glue and paste materials or materials with certain humidity. The cover of both ends of kaolin drying machine host is highly sealed, which is both energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
Main Features of Kaolin Dryer:
1. Strong handling capacity, low fuel consumption, low drying cost.
2. Its feature of heat resistance makes it be able to dry materials quickly with high-temperature hot air.
3. Strong extensibility: there is no need to change equipment even if the production increases a little.
4. Kaolin dryer adopts a self-aligning type tug structure, in which tug has a good cooperation with the rolling ring. The abrasion and power consumption are reduced greatly.
5. The professionally designed catch wheel structure reduces the horizontal thrust brought by equipment's slant.
6. It has a strong overload resistant ability. The cylinder functions stably and reliably.
