Coke dryer, petroleum coke dryer, carbon coke dryer and semi coke dryer are commonly used dryers in the current production. Fote coke dryer is professionally used to dry coke and suitable for the materials with high moisture content, fine granularity and big viscosity like slime or floating clean coal. The evaporation intensity of this equipment is 95-105kg/m3.h; the thermal efficiency is above 70%. Besides, in the ore, clay, sand, limestone, quartz, and chemical industry, there is no chemical change during the drying process, so nopoisonous and harmful gas will be produced. The materials not af raid of high temperature and gas pollution can be dried by this equipment.
Working principles:
1 Materials are sent to hopper of dryer drying machine by belt conveyor or bucket elevator 2 Materials enter the barrel installed with slope to horizontal line from the higher side 3 Hot air enters the barrel from the lower side, and then materials and hot air mix together 4 Materials go to the lower side by gravity when the barrel is rotating 5 Lifters on the inner side of barrel lift materials up and down in order to make materials and hot air mix completely, which is designed to improve the producing efficiency of dryer drying machine.
Technical Features of Coke Dryer:
1. Coke has high coal and hot strength and good thermal efficiency. Petroleum coke dryer adopts advantaced technologies, and the various indicators of Fote petroleum coke dryer can meet the requirements of industrial boiler, furnace and gasifier.
2. Fote coke drying machine has simple production process and low construction cost. Finished coke can be got after drying and molding.
3. Coke dryer has high thermal efficiency; the outer cylinder temperature is below 60 ℃; outlet temperature is low; the discharged material temperature is below 60 ℃.
