Application Range of Palm Kernel Shell Dryer
The palm kernel shell dryer and palm silk dryer are widely applied in industries like straw briquette fuel, charcoal machine, wood pellet fuel, sawdust briquette and farming and animal husbandry engineering for drying corn stalk, soybean straw, cotton stalks, wheat straw, sorghum stalk, wood chip, wood shavings, palm leaves, ginkgo leaves, mulberry leaves and other agricultural fiber materials.

Dryer for kernel shellsIndustrial dryer is mainly composed of rotating body, lifting plate, transmission device, supporting device and sealing ring. The distribution and angle design of lifting plate is reasonable and reliable in performance, so it is high in thermal utilization rate and uniform in drying. In order to control the dryer's temperature, the thermocouple can be installed on feeding and discharging device whose temperature change can be shown through thermometer. That provides help to control the temperature (normally 150-180.C) in cylinder.
