Hot Air Dryer:
Hot air dryer, also called hot air stirring dryer or airflow dryer, adopts biaxial agitation and spiral propulsion to dry materials with high moisture content and high viscosity. It can reduce the moisture content of materials from 65% to 5%-12% at one time generally within 2 to 20 minutes. Hot air dryer is typically used in drying high-moisture content materials like sludge, gypsum, slurry, bentonite, peat and tombarthite,also in organic and inorganic compounds drying and chemistry materials drying. Thematerials' final granularity is 2-5mm. During production, the materialstemperature is not high, so it is also suitable for the heat sensitive materials.
The advantages of hot air dryer include direct heating, rapid drying, collapsible installation and space conservation. It can make the moist raw materials and the high-temperature air current mix and move together and finally separate the water from the raw materials with separator. The air current dryer adopts the principle of airflow instant drying with such features as big drying strength, short drying time, low energy consumption, simple and convenient operation and high product quality. Using this equipment can get the highest economic benefits with the lowest investment and energy consumption and the least labor and site and the highest speed. Airflow dryer is widely used in such industries as food, fodder, chemistry, pharmacy and mine.

The starch dried by this equipment has such advantages as clean appearance, high fineness, stable water content and little impurity and pollution. Hot air dryer is the ideal equipment for drying powdery, flake and heat sensitive materials in many industries such as starch, rice flour, food, pharmacy and chemistry.
