AQSIQ registration for raw material

Today i will explain how to apply AQSIQ certificate for waste scraps exporting to China.
Whatever you were a trading company or factory, you can apply AQSIQ license.
Now the situation is : China AQSIQ department issues AQSIQ certificate 2-3 batches per year

2012: AQSIQ department issued in April, Aug and Dec
2013: AQSIQ issued in Mar,Oct
2014: AQSIQ issued in April and FEB in 2015.

Lots of clients complain that why it takes so long time to get this certification?
Obviously, the answer is so many documents required for AQSIQ application.
First, you have to apply ISO9001 certificate.
