Construction：
The flame-resistant conveyor belt with solid carcass is made of solid belt carcass through impregnation and plasticization with PVC impregnating paste or vulcanization.
Features:
It has the features of high strength, large conveying capacity, balanced conveying etc., meanwhile, this product has good resistance to flame static electricity, impact, abrasion, corrosion etc.
Application：
It is mainly suitable for conveyance in downholes in mines, it can also be used for material conveying in metallurgical, chemical sectors.
Classification:
The flame-resistant conveyor belt with solid carcass can be divided into PVC and PVG type. PVC type has PVC cover rubber for both top and bottom rubber cover with one-side cover thickness ≥0.8mm; PVG type has nitrile rubber for both top and bottom rubber cover and is used concurrently with PVC, the one-side thickness is 1.5~4.5mm; the conveying inclination of PVC conveyor belt <16° and that of PVG conveyor belt <20°.
