Characteristics of J-Type Radial Jaw Flexible Coupling
1.Elastomer selects nitrile and polyurethane material, which can effectively reduce the vibration and impact generated during operation in order to prevent noise.
2.Radial arrangement of the elastomer with relatively large allowable range of axial, radial, and angular error to facilitate installation alignment.
3.When the coupling is working, the elastomer is squeezed and its reliability and safety are very high.
4.The assembly and disassembly of the elastomer is very convenient, it can be taken out with hand without the need to move the half coupling.
5.The transmission torque is large, which can reach up to 780kNm.
6.Brake disc can be added for the application where brake is used.
