1. General Description
Type XTZHIIP Balance Tester for Pumping Unit is a new type and high precision intelligent tester especially used for total efficiency of pumping unit and their balance in oil production crew. A special and precision power testing and switching circuit, a high accurate long-like current transducer, a high pressure tight voltage clamp and cable are used in it, by using pumping speed as a circle the method of single wattmeter is used to accurately measure the single phase or three phase active and reactive powers, power factor of the motor of pumping units, and based on upward and downward power peak value automatic calculated equilibrium index of oil pumping unit and best position should be adjust for balance block. It combination with the indicator diagram, the apparatus can be used for further analyzing the motor efficiency, efficiency of reducing box, polish-rod efficiency, the efficiency of surface equipment and downhole equipment and as well as the total efficiency of the pumping units. Its operation is prompted by Chinese characters with full-closed structure and safe application. It is a new generation of intelligent balancing tester for total efficiency of pumping units warmly welcome by oil production crew.
2. Main Characteristics and Functions

②Pumping speed is used as a circle for testing, storing displaying the efficiency, systematical efficiency and current balance of 60 wells.
③It is equipped with RS485 interface for directly communication with computer networks and further diagnosing and analyzing the balance rate of systematic efficiency.
④It is ultra low power consumption design; it is 6 hours operation time for one charging.
⑤Film and key-press faceplate, totally enclosed structure, safety and reliable.
⑥Voltage, current, active power, reactive power, power factor, electric quantity of motor can be continuously tested.
⑦it can be used for calculating the systematic efficiency, balance rate of pumping units, daily power consumption of a single well.
