SpringCone Crusher Product Introduction
With different applications, the Spring Cone Crusher can be divided into three kinds: standard typeis for PYZ (second crush); Middle type is for PYD (tertiary crush); Short-headtype is for primary and secondary crush. And its maximal resistance pressure is300Mpa.
This series of crusher are widely appliedin metallurgical, construction, road building, chemical and phosphaticindustry. With the characteristics of high efficiency and productivity, easyadjustment, and low operation cost, it is suitable for hard and mid-hard rocksand ores. And this crusher features large crushing ratio, high production, lowconsumption, and even granularity, etc.
SpringCone Crusher Working Principle
During operation, the motor drives the eccentric shaft shell toturn around through ahorizontal axle and a pair of bevel gear. The axle ofcrushing cone swings with the force of eccentric shaft shell so that thesurface of the crushing wall is closely to the roll mortar wall from time totime. In this way, the ores and rocks will be pressed and crooked and finallycrushed.
