HammerCrusher Product Introduction
Hammer Crusheris used for grinding the medium-hard andlow-abrasive materials with their pressure resistance strength blow 100Mpa, and humidity lower than 18%. And these materials includethe coal, salt, plaster, tile, limestone and so on.
HammerCrusher Working Principle
The main working part of hammer crusher is rotorswith hammer. The rotors consist of main shaft, disk, pin shaft and hammers.
1. The motor drives the rotors to rotate quickly inthe crushing cavity. Raw materials enter the crusher through the feed openingand are crushed to small sizes by the high-speed hammer, with the process ofpressing, impacting, cutting and grinding.
2. There is a screening plate under the rotor, whichmake sure the materials with size smaller than the screen mesh will be screenedout and others will be left to be further hammered and ground until theyfulfill the standard size.
3. The size of the final products can be adjusted bychanging the screening plate. The gap between the rotors and the screeningplate can also be adjusted according to different requirements.
