Sand Making Crusher Product Introduction

1. Feeding at center
The material falls down into thefeed hopper and then enter the high speed impeller through the central feedinghopper and at last they will be thrown out from the impeller. The materialsstrike with the materials that are freely falling down and then crush togetherto the vortex liner and are rebounded to the top of vortex cavity and thenfalling down. The falling materials with the shoot materials form a continuousmaterials curtain. After several this kind of repeating the final materialswill be discharged from the discharging opening.
2. Feeding both at center andsides:
Raw material falls down into thefeed hopper and the circle ring, and then they are divided into two divisionsby the distributing plate. One enters the high speed impellor and then they willbe accelerated and thrown out from the impeller. The other falls down from thesides of distributing plate. Then these two kinds of materials will crush witheach other, and then strike together to the vortex liner and are rebounded tothe top of vortex cavity and then falling down. The falling materials with theshoot materials form a continuous materials curtain. After several this kind ofrepeating the final materials will be discharged from the discharging opening.
