The drawworks adopts universal shaft to butt joint paralleling gear box with a smooth and high efficient transmission, and rotary table connects drawworks by universal shaft and rotary gear box. The air compressor and energy-saving electric generator are drove by V type belt. All power units are installed at the special substructure with 0.8m height. 2 sets of auxiliary diesel generating sets jointly power supply + energy-saving electric generator power supply. The drawworks main brake adopts hydraulic disc brake, and auxiliary brake adopts Eton brake or electromagnetic eddy current brake, auto bit feed and emergency operation structure are specially equipped. All control adopts centralized control, convenient for coordinating all parts and control the whole system. Derrick is K type structure, lower position installed, wholly lifted up and down, and convenient for packing and dismantling, with a good stability and high safety margin. It could satisfy the requirements for installation of 500 tons top drive device. Rig floor level is 6 - 10.5m (alternatively), and the substructure is case folded type or helicopspiral form structure. The drill floor main components and equipment could be assembled in lower position, and the drawworks is used for integral lifting up and down, with a simple structure, steady and firm, convenient for packing and dismantling. The drill rig is equipped with overrunning valve, electronic anti-bumping device and gas liquid combined control, the driller's cabin with humanization design integrating gas, liquid, drilling instruments, TV monitoring.
