Operation Process:

1, The ratio: powder: water: additive: 8: (2~2.8): 1.

2, The substrate surface should be firm, dry and clean, no grease, no wax, and other loose materials.

3, If the wall is too dry, wet the wall before operation till there is no obvious water on the surface.

4, Pouring the water into the stirring barrel, adding the powder slowly, stirring them into particle paste with no powder no deposition, using inserting tools to batch, after 4~6h of the first insert can make the second time, polishing the lacquer putty layer, control the thickness between 0.8~1.5mm.

5, During the insert process, pay attention to the even and flaws.

6, When finishing the putty, according to the weather to polish within 1~2 days.

7, After 7 days of the inserting putty, can paint other coatings, for the alkali resisting primer the time can shorten.

Dosage:

1.0~1.5 kg/m² per mm of thickness.
Few dosages for the even surface.
