White Cement Based Wall Putty With Interior Lacquer Putty

Application:

This product is suitable for the elastic coating system with water-proof, damp-proof and high-elasticity function and the surface system with external-wall-insulation function.

Operation Process:

1, The ratio: 20kg powder + 2kg additive + appropriate water; 20kg powder + 8kg additive + appropriate water.

2, Pouring the additive into the container, and adding the powder and appropriate water slowly, then stirring them into a uniform, no-powder and no-deposition paste .

3, If the wall is too dry, wet the wall before operation. The substrate surface should be firm, dry and clean, no grease, no wax, and other loose materials. The obvious pores and holes must be silted up with the cement mortar, the sharp edges should be wiped out. 

4, Using trowel to scrape the slurry onto the surface, suggesting two times, each time keep the thickness under 1mm, the total thickness should less than 2mm.

5, The second time should scrap 6~12h after finishing the first time.

Technical Reference:

Cautions:

1, Do not scrap again and again, finish it within one time.

2, It must be well protected against rain, sunlight and the frost within 24 hours after finished operating.

3, The mixed skim coat should be used up within 3h. Never mix the dry slurry with water for second use.

4, Operating in the situation under 5℃~40℃, and never operate under rain. 

Store Method:

Store in cool and dry place, the liquid component should be saved in the environment above 5 ℃,

unopened product can be saved for one year.
